Reporting a content error

Accuracy of the Quran, Athkar and supplications matters more to us than any feature. If you spot something wrong, please include:

• the surah and ayah number, or the name of the Athkar category
• what is shown, and what it should be
• a screenshot if you can

We will correct verified errors as a priority.

Prayer times look wrong

Prayer times are calculated from your location and the calculation method you have chosen. If they do not match your local mosque:

• open Settings → Prayer → Calculation method and select the authority your country follows (Umm al-Qura, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and others are included)
• check Asr calculation — the standard and Hanafi opinions differ by a meaningful amount
• use Time adjustments to shift any individual prayer by a minute or two to match your mosque exactly

The Qibla compass is inaccurate

• Move your phone in a figure-8 to recalibrate the magnetometer.
• Move away from metal, magnets, laptops and car dashboards.
• Some phone cases contain magnets and will interfere with the reading.
• If your device has no compass, RAWD still shows the Qibla bearing in degrees from true north.

Subscriptions

RAWD Premium is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple. If a purchase does not appear, use Settings → Restore purchases.

Privacy and your data

You can erase everything stored on this device from Settings → Privacy → Clear data, and delete your account with all synced data from Profile → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
